Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the participant ("Client") and AB Coached ("Company"), collectively referred to as "the Parties." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the coaching program titled The Aligned Woman: IVF Edition ("Program").

1. Program Description

The Program is an 8-week live group coaching experience designed for women navigating IVF. It includes:

  • Eight (8) weekly live group coaching calls (60–75 minutes each)

  • Two (2) guest speaker sessions (Weeks 3 & 4)

  • Access to a private WhatsApp group for the duration of the Program

  • Weekly journaling prompts and inner contemplation exercises

  • Coaching tools, meditations, and recorded resources

  • Participation in a confidential and intimate group of no more than six (6) women

Note: The program description, content, and cadence may evolve during the Program to best serve the group.

2. Payment Terms

The full investment for the Program is $333 USD. Payment must be made in full prior to the Program start date unless a payment plan has been arranged. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payment plans may be available upon request.

3. Confidentiality

To ensure a safe and supportive environment, all participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality. This includes refraining from sharing personal stories, experiences, or identifying details shared during live calls or in the WhatsApp group outside the Program. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the Program without refund.

4. Participation and Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold the shared values of the Program, including compassion, respect, confidentiality, non-judgment, and inclusivity. This Program is intended to be a supportive and sacred space. By enrolling, the Client agrees to engage with integrity, listen actively, and refrain from offering unsolicited advice or commentary that may cause harm to others.

The Company reserves the right to remove any Client from the Program, at its sole discretion, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or in violation of these group values or Program guidelines. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Disclaimer

This Program offers coaching, resources, and emotional support. It is not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, or medical treatment. Participation is voluntary, and the Client remains solely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the Program.

While the Program is designed to support personal growth and transformation, AB Coached makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Each individual’s experience will vary based on their personal effort, participation, and circumstances. Transformation is a personal process and ultimately the responsibility of the Client.

6. Recordings

Session recordings (excluding confidential or personal shares) may be made available for participant review. These materials are strictly for personal use and may not be copied, shared, or distributed outside the Program.

7. Agreement

By enrolling in the Program, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.

The Aligned Woman: TTC Edition

A supportive, transformative 9-week group program for women navigating infertility or the long process of TTC with intention, inner strength, and emotional grounding.

What you’ll get:

  • 9 weekly live sessions guided by award-winning coach and founder of AB Coached, Antoinette Beauchamp

  • Powerful coaching, meditations, and inner tools to support your nervous system, mindset, and emotional well-being through this process

  • Weekly themes from energy awareness to empowered decision-making and boundary setting

  • Access to a private WhatsApp group for continued connection and support throughout the 9 weeks

  • Two guest sessions with a trauma-informed therapist and a LCSW (Weeks 4 & 5) on regulation and emotional processing

  • Journaling prompts and tools for inner contemplation to take your growth deeper between sessions

  • A small, intimate group (6 women max) to ensure a safe, connected container

  • Shared resources and insight exchange with other women in the IVF community

Dates of the program:

  • The program begins September 9th, 2025 *this date is subject to change, calls will be held on Tuesdays at midday or evenings

  • We’ll meet weekly for 9 weeks

  • Each session will run approximately 75 minutes

  • Note: With a small group, timing may be adjusted based on collective needs
