Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the participant ("Client") and AB Coached ("Company"), collectively referred to as "the Parties." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the coaching program titled Align Your Frequency ("Program").

1. Program Description

Align Your Frequency is a monthly live group coaching and energetic alignment experience designed to support women in their personal, spiritual, and emotional growth. It includes:

  • One (1) live group session per month (90 minutes)

  • Monthly themes rooted in energy awareness, emotional alignment, and intuitive empowerment

  • Access to a private iMessage group for ongoing connection and community

  • Journaling prompts and energetic practices for inner contemplation

  • Occasional complimentary access to select paid masterclasses, offered at the discretion of the Company

Note: The Program’s structure, content, and cadence may evolve to best serve the community.

2. Payment Terms

Clients may choose between two payment options:

A. Monthly Membership:

  • $275 USD/month

  • Requires a three (3) month minimum commitment

  • After three months, membership may be canceled at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle

  • All monthly payments are non-refundable

B. Pay-in-Full Annual Membership:

  • $3,000 USD for 12 months of access

  • This payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred toward private coaching or applied to a retreat hosted by AB Coached within 12 months of purchase

By enrolling, the Client agrees to the selected payment terms. Payment is required prior to the first session. Late or failed payments may result in removal from the Program.

3. Confidentiality

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all Clients agree to uphold strict confidentiality. This includes refraining from sharing or discussing personal stories, insights, or identifying details shared by others during sessions or in the iMessage group outside the Program.

A breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

4. Participation and Conduct

Clients agree to uphold the shared values of the Program: compassion, respect, non-judgment, integrity, and inclusivity. This is a sacred container rooted in energetic alignment and emotional safety.

By enrolling, the Client agrees to:

  • Participate with presence and self-responsibility

  • Refrain from offering unsolicited advice or commentary

  • Respect the confidentiality and sovereignty of all participants

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the group experience. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Disclaimer

This Program provides coaching, spiritual guidance, and energetic tools. It is not a replacement for therapy, mental health care, or medical treatment.

Client participation is voluntary and self-directed. AB Coached makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, as personal growth is a unique, individualized process. The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout the Program.

6. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded. Personal or vulnerable shares will be edited or excluded from recordings where appropriate. Session replays are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed in any form outside the Program.

7. Agreement

By enrolling in Align Your Frequency, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Investment Options

  • Monthly Membership: $275/month

    • Includes a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure depth and energetic integrity

    • After 3 months, you may cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle

    • All monthly payments are non-refundable

  • Pay in Full: $3,000

    • Includes a full year of Align Your Frequency access

    • This payment is non-refundable but may be transferred toward private coaching or an upcoming retreat within 12 months of purchase

Dates of the program:

  • We meet live on the second Monday of every month

  • Each session runs for approximately 90 minutes

  • Note: With a small group, timing may be adjusted based on collective needs

  • This is a live spiritual coaching and energy alignment program, not therapy

  • Recordings will be provided if you miss a session

  • The monthly investment is $275 or you can pay in full for $3,000. *If you do the monthly investment, there is a 3 month minimum I ask for when you join, after that, you may leave the group and cancel membership.
